FLTEACH WWW - This is the fantastic web site for FLTEACH, the group for discussion of FL teaching methods and concerns.  Their goal is to facilitate exchanges among people interested in FL teaching at all levels and in all languages. 

ERIC Clearinghouse on Languages and Linguistics    - Includes publications and digests on current trends and issues in the language education field. Provides a link to other ERIC Clearinghouses and ERIC document searches. 

The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages  - ACTFL is the highly respected national professional organization for foreign language teachers. Search this site for conferences and trends.

Ñandutí: Resources: National Foreign Language Centers - Information about Early Language Learning as well as good summaries and links to the seven National Foreign Language Resource Centers, each with a different focus, across the country.

National Foreign Language Center (NFLRC) in Hawaii  -  Includes the online journal, Language Learning and Technology and a comprehensive list and evaluation of multimedia foreign language programs. 

Journals  - Links to online versions of the major language journals: Applied Linguistics, the Modern Language Journal, Language Testing, etc. 

E-Mail Discussion Lists - Updated e-mail based discussion groups.  Extremely useful way of sharing ideas and gaining support from other professionals around the world.  Easy to subscribe - free of charge!
